Parental involvement opportunities and requirements: Guest speakers for parent meetings, student conferences, student performances. Parents are active partners in their child's education. We have a no home work policy in order for students to participate in family and community enrichment activities.

Visitation procedures:
Please talk with an Executive Director. A meeting with both parents and the school is the first step in this procedure.

Classroom visits:
Classroom visitations are limited. In order to maximize learning and assist students with consistency of routines, classroom disruptions are minimized. Parents of enrolled students appreciate and support this policy.

Parents of children currently enrolled in Newfound must schedule a visitation with an Executive Director prior to the visit.

Prospective parents who want to observe a class at Newfound must:

1) Have had an initial interview with an Executive Director at Newfound.

2) Submit a completed application with the $300.00 application fee.

3) Arrange for a prospective student to visit Newfound School.
